Das vierte habe ich noch.<\/p>\n<p>30 Jahre sp\u00e4ter schreibe ich immer noch gerne Rezepte auf, aber heutzutage kocht mein Mann.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-130c7c23 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"130c7c23\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div>Die Steinpilze mit einer kleiner B\u00fcrste reinige, besonders schmutzige Stellen mit einem Messer ausschneiden.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Die Stiele der Pilze in relative kleine St\u00fccke, die Pilzh\u00fcte in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Nudelwasser aufkochen und ausreichend salzen.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Backofen auf 120 Grad (Ober-Unterhitze) vorheizen.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Petersilie waschen und fein hacken, Parmesan reiben.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Die Scheiben der Pilzh\u00fcte in einer gro\u00dfen Pfanne in Oliven\u00f6l anbraten bis sie knusprig sind. Immer nur soviel Pilze in die Pfanne geben, bis der Boden bedeckt ist (nicht schichten). Ungef\u00e4hr 5 Minuten braten, dann wenden.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Die fertig gebratenen Pilze auf ein Blech geben, salzen und pfeffern, und zum Warmhalten ins Rohr geben.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Mit den restlichen Pilzh\u00fcten ebenso verfahren.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Danach alle Stiele auf einmal in der Pfanne knusprig braten und gleichzeitig die Pasta kochen.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Wenn die Pasta al dente ist, zu den Stielen geben. Die Pilzh\u00fcte ebenfalls dazugeben, sowie eine Kelle Nudelwasser und den geriebenen Parmesan.
