Und im Jahr davor war die Welt zum Stillstand gekommen, und wir fanden uns in einer Wohnung mit zwei Kindergartenkindern und zwei anspruchsvollen Vollzeitjobs gefangen, die in den ersten Monaten der Pandemie an Intensit\u00e4t zunahmen. Ich erinnere mich, dass ich Stunden vor dem Morgengrauen damit verbrachte, den Life-Ticker auf meinem Handy zu durchforsten, denn jeder Tag brachte neue Meldungen \u00fcber Infizierte, Krankenhausaufenthalte und Tote.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-06f802e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"06f802e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Dieses Jahr herrschte nicht nur drau\u00dfen Krieg, sondern auch in meinem Inneren. Mein K\u00f6rper k\u00e4mpfte mit einer schweren Infektion. Eine Lungenentz\u00fcndung hatte zu einer sehr schmerzhaften Rippenfellentz\u00fcndung gef\u00fchrt. Dieses Wort hatte ich vorher noch nie geh\u00f6rt. Ich befand mich in der dritten Woche mit Schmerzen, bekam Medikamente und tat mein Bestes, auf dem Sofa zu bleiben und mich auszuruhen. Mein K\u00f6rper hatte endlich genug von meinem Lebensstil.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d281b77 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d281b77\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Ich h\u00f6re dich &#8211; schreibe ich auf das Blatt Papier.<\/p>\n<p>Ich atme oberfl\u00e4chlich.<\/p>\n<p>Ich schreibe.<\/p>\n<p>Ich entspanne mich ein wenig.<\/p>\n<p>Ich atme ein bisschen tiefer.<\/p>\n<p>Durch mein Schreiben spreche ich mit meinem Schmerz. Ich fange an, mich ein bisschen wohler zu f\u00fchlen. Die eine Gruppe wird gebeten, einige Tage lang \u00fcber ihre tiefsten Gedanken und Gef\u00fchle in Bezug auf das traumatischste Erlebnis ihres Lebens zu schreiben, w\u00e4hrend die andere Gruppe gebeten wird, \u00fcber ein neutrales Thema (z. B. das Wetter oder ihre Garderobe) zu schreiben.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ee93123 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ee93123\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Der Unterschied in den Ergebnissen zwischen diesen beiden Gruppen ist auf die Erfahrung des Schreibens zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren. Selbst Monate sp\u00e4ter unterscheiden sich die Ergebnisse zwischen diesen beiden Gruppen. Sie haben den Tisch gedeckt. Es gibt Blumen. Vielleicht ist es ja doch der weltbeste Frauentag. Es ist ein neuer Anfang.
